Job Description
1 Year Contract Position We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in managing large, fast paced, enterprise system development projects. The contractor shall provide technical expertise managing a new records management system. The Contractor shall be a part of the Application Solution team that develops and maintains the RMS. The Contractor shall provide assistance and advice to the Director, RMS and help establish an enterprise level environment for the management, development, monitoring, and remediation of the RMS. The candidate should have outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and business/IT partner interaction skills. In particular, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizations. Minimum Requirements
5 Years experience - Verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and business/IT partner interaction skills. 5 Years experience - Solid problem solving and analytical skills. 5 Years experience - Experience with change/configuration management. 5 Years experience - Business analysis and business process re-engineering experience. 5 Years experience - Experience with conflict management and negotiation skills. 6 Years experience - Experience in designing and implementing performance and regression testing. 3 Years experience - Experience with MySQL, SQL and Microsoft SQL Server (preferred) and/or other databases (e.g., Oracle). Highly Desired - Web based application experience. Highly Desired - Experience with Agile methodology. Highly Desired - Experience as a technical team lead and hands-on designer/developer.
