Senior Product Manager
Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire a Product Manager, responsible for connecting Client's Product Lead and Product Managers with offshore resources to successfully build, test and deliver self-service digital enhancement for Client customers. Someone who can work with Client resources to refine requirements, and capable to understand and articulate the user experience, technical infrastructure, and project goals, ensuring product vision is being met. Effectively communicates between groups, resolving questions and issues in a timely manner. Cognizant Digital Practice

Location : Denver, Colorado - Greenwood village, Colorado (client's office - On Site) Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Acts as a proxy between Client and off-shore to Communicate requirements and provide supporting detail regarding product high-level user stories and specific sub-stories with appropriate documentation to off-shore Development and QA teams. Understands the current and intended end-to-end customer experience. Work cross-functionally with on-shore Product Managers, Development and QA to launch products and enhancements. Provide transparent communication with all stakeholders. Identify and optimize process improvements between on-shore and off-shore teams. Identify and Improve process. Key Qualifications:

Worked with customer facing applications with good knowledge and understanding about a good app looks like. Transparency in Communication, Collaboration and sharing (to provide transparency into progress and status) Problem solving skills. Showing good judgment and thoughtfulness Minimum 3+ years of product development/management experience with customer facing applications. Understands best practices in product development and the cable or telecommunications industry. Ability to learn and understand technical complexities quickly. Ability to manage frequent change. Ability to listen and reflect understanding of project goals. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks. Ability to quickly identify blockers and call out issues. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner. Ability to speak, write and understand English. Telecom / Cable / Datacom, Backend Billing Domain expertise. Nov 21th, 2024. The annual salary for this position is between
$102,600 - $162,500
depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Benefits:
