General Purpose
To direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageCompletion of secondary education and at least two years of undergraduate studiesDemonstrated leadership and supervisory skillsMust speak and understand EnglishPrevious experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facilityPatience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the elderly
