Job Summary Supporting the Academy Director, this role will be responsible for the overall program management of standing up the CRH leadership Academy. A key responsibility of this role is ensuring a comprehensive stakeholder and engagement plan to correctly market and position the new CRH Academy globally. The role will maintain a relentless focus on the user experience and practical application of the leadership qualities and capabilities needed for all current and future leaders of CRH while delivering measurable outcomes. Demonstrated ability to integrate leading practices from internal and external perspectives and innovative approaches to ensure CRH leaders have access to a robust set of leadership development opportunities and talent management resources. The position will ideally be based in the CRH office in Atlanta, GA; candidates that are based in/near a major airport in US (EST/CST) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Job Responsibilities Lead a team of leadership and talent development professionals in alignment with execution of strategic goals and measured outcomes. Creation and ownership of a comprehensive change and engagement plan. Regularly share leadership development strategy, priorities and program roadmaps with stakeholders to drive visibility and engagement with key offerings. Project manage key design, translation, communications, delivery and engagement milestones for the CRH Academy’s global leadership development program of work. Oversee and optimize the budget and portfolio of leadership and talent management content assets. Subject matter expert to Academy director on all things learning architecture and design. Including advising on program design, relevant vendors and learning content design. Ability to evaluate efficiency of training programs company wide and oversee the development of dashboards to communicate impact of programs. Effectively manage external vendors to ensure getting the best from the external capability. Challenging where necessary. Project manage the evolution of the CRH Academy portfolio to include new, future-focused programs. Experience rolling out successful companywide initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements 15+ years in a senior leadership development role in a multinational organization. Proven ability to create and innovate traditional approaches to leadership development and strong track record of inspiring, motivating and developing a high performing team. Successful portfolio, program and project management skills and experience required. Experience in effectively collaborating with key stakeholders across multiple functions. Demonstrated leadership thriving within a global complex, matrixed environments, with an understanding of how to manage competing demands and perspectives. Significant knowledge of Leadership development methodology and vendor landscape. A strong problem-solving mindset and effective negotiation and conflict management skills. Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying informed on the latest advancements in leadership development, learning technologies and training methods. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communications strategies for organizational change. Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
