We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team! You will drive to deliver, set-up and assemble, and possibly remove merchandise in customer’s homes ensuring a positive Slumberland experience. Position pays $14 and up, depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
- Responsible for delivery trucks and merchandise on trucks
- May require the inspection and touch up of the merchandise in customer's home
- Responsible for the condition of the truck
- Completing all paperwork involved with delivery
- Collect on unpaid orders and shipments
- Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Class D license is required
- Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload of handling 50 lbs. by yourself or up to a 200 lb. team lift
- Deadline-oriented
- Must wear Slumberland attire and maintain clean appearance
- Able to work Tuesday through Saturday
