Job Description
Our client is a corrugated sheet manufacturer and one of the largest independent producers supplying the Midwest packaging industry. This manufacturer in New Carlisle, IN is searching for forklift operators to assist in their shipping/receiving and production functions. This role involves operating both forklifts and clamp trucks across different shifts.
Responsibilities- Operate a sit-down propane forklift, spending 95% of the day on the forklift.
- Stage materials in the warehouse.
- Load and unload truck shipments.
- Label orders.
- Replenish products for machine lines.
- Manually lift boxes as needed.
This role offers various shifts, including 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm to 7:00am). The 2nd shift provides a $3/hr shift bonus, while the 3rd shift offers a $2/hr shift bonus
