Job Description
Unwrap, sort, stack, and label products while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for storing and/or shipping. Manually load and unload product on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices. Review load/batches delivered to verify quantity and type of material. May write tickets showing quantity and type of material, truck number, job location, and time. Report the amount of materials transported. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Weigh or count items for distribution within the plant to determine and ensure meeting company standards. Report damages and claims to inventory control. Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly by other workers. Process inbound/outbound orders safely and accurately.
Responsibilities- Unwrap, sort, stack, and label products.
- Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for storing and/or shipping.
- Manually load and unload product on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
- Review load/batches delivered to verify quantity and type of material.
- Write tickets showing quantity and type of material, truck number, job location, and time.
- Report the amount of materials transported.
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Weigh or count items for distribution within the plant.
- Report damages and claims to inventory control.
- Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly by other workers.
- Process inbound/outbound orders safely and accurately.
- Experience in stock sorting, loading, and labeling products.
- Ability to load and unload material off pallets.
- Capable of moving/stacking 40-50 lbs of fresh/frozen cases repetitively during the shift.
- Experience in counting inventory, wrapping products, and shipping.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling various types of materials and products.
- Attention to detail for ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Attendance bonus of $400/month for perfect attendance. Shift differentials include $1.50/hr for the 2nd shift, 75 cents/hr for the 3rd shift, and an extra dollar on Saturdays and Sundays. Work EnvironmentThe work environment is cold, with tasks performed between fridge and freezer areas. Proper attire, such as non-slip boots and big jackets, is necessary to keep warm. Available shifts include: Monday-Friday 6:30 am-3:30 pm and Tuesday-Saturday 6:30 am-3:30 pm.
