PFP Logistics is hiring: Lead/Forklift Operator in Saint Joseph

Salary: $20 per hour

PFP Logistics is looking for a Lead/Forklift Operator in the St. Joseph, MO Area 

Supervisor will:

• Oversee/help manually move freight, stock, and other materials on the receiving dock 
  
• Manage workflow and optimize production
• Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products
  
• Engage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuations
• Document daily site activity
• Build a positive workplace culture
  
• Perform general labor tasks
  
• Oversee weekly schedule and recruit new associates when needed

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Able to operate a forklift 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to exert force to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects
• Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
