Little Blue Menu College Park, MD is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Director to join our team. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that ensure the highest level of customer service and food quality
Monitor and manage food and labor costs to ensure profitability and efficiency
Oversee all labor scheduling
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness
Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and maintain a clean and sanitary environment for customers and staff
Work with the restaurant site leads to develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the restaurant, including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
Requirements:
Experience in restaurant operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
Able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service

Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering.
Pay: $27 - $30 / hour
