SIMOS is hiring: Forklift Operator (Reach Truck Operator) in Litchfield Park

SIMOS is hiring Forklift Operators! Candidates must have experience driving either a Stand Up, Raymond Swing Reach 537 or Raymond Swing Reach 9600. The ideal candidate will have a current Forklift Certification and 2 years of experience. This role will work out of our client's new climate-controlled facility in Litchfield Park, AZ. All associates will start at $20.00 per hour (plus incentive pay per eligibility requirements) and receive weekly paychecks. After 2 weeks, associates with no attendance issues or incidents/accidents will have their base pay rate increased to $22 per hour.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 pm - 4:30 am
• Weekend: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

***Must be available to work overtime within 24-48 hours notice

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum one year of experience on Swing Reach Truck
• Forklift Operators are not on lift 100% of the time.
• Bending, twisting and lifting
• Handloading/physical movement
• Power equipment
• Equipment operator
• Must be able to past the written test
• Must be able to past equipment operating test

• Other general labor duties as assigned
• Cross training
