We are looking for a Director, Business Development to join our growing team! In this role, you will be an integral part of creating a comprehensive distribution ecosystem for our business, across a multi-state environment.
As a Director, Business Development, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating a proven success record leading and managing teams focused on acquiring new customers through multiple digital platforms as well as more conventional inbound and outbound centers. Managing Door-to-Door sales. Setting strategies that successfully acquire new customers through their preferred channels. Utilizing excellent data analytics skills in making key strategic and tactical decisions. Managing compensation plans aligned with our strategy to drive successful outcomes. Providing leadership for digital platforms and call center operations. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priority initiatives. Demonstrating a deep understanding of, and commitment to, best-in-class customer care and advocacy. Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience at a director or associate director level. Extensive experience directing and supporting high-volume Sales and Channel Operations in ISP, Cable, or Telco environment. Extensive experience managing digital platforms and optimizing conversions. Proficiency in sales and service platform technologies including Salesforce, Desktop Solutions, CRM Tools. Ability to prioritize initiatives and program-manage efforts across multiple distribution channels. Working knowledge of sales and service training and development. Demonstrated ability to implement acquisition and CRM programs that deliver desired revenue and customer loyalty. Passion for delivering a superior customer experience. Strong knowledge of Channel KPIs with extensive experience using data reporting and analysis. Ability to forge value-producing business relationships with vendors/3rd parties. Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills. Exemplary facilitation and interpersonal skills. Excellent visualization and written/verbal communications skills. Understanding of marketing disciplines including pricing, promotion, distribution, and campaign management. Additional Information
