Position Summary:

Security personnel will observe situations, maintain all safety and security procedures, and ensure that no illegal activity is occurring. The position will notify management of any issues involved with the venue and any events that may be occurring on premises.

Responsibilities:

• Own it by patrolling company property and parking lot to monitor activity of guests, employees and other persons to deter theft, vandalism, disturbances and unauthorized entry into secured areas.
• Show Excellence by ensuring that company property areas that are to be locked are indeed secured.
• Respond to alarms and disturbances with Spirit.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and have violators escorted/removed from the property when necessary with Respect.
• Call the police or fire/ambulance department in cases of emergency
• Keep an accurate log of rounds and communicate/notify appropriate management of incidents and areas of concern.
• Complete nightly security report for venue management
• Own it by serving as a first responder in case of emergencies
• Courage to work other duties as assigned.
