The Senior Business Process Consultant – Security & Risk within the SNBG is an exceptional professional who assumes a critical role in guiding clients and teams towards successful process optimization through the implementation of standard processes on the ServiceNow platform, in the Security & Risk domain.

Responsibilities

  • With an extensive understanding of industry standards and proven market practices, they deliver tailored solutions for the ServiceNow platform that optimally address unique challenges and drive process excellence for each client.
  • As a trusted advisor, the SBPC cultivates a collaborative environment that fosters knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, actively collaborating with teams and clients to achieve mutual success. Using their expertise, they skillfully develop strategic roadmaps that outline a well-structured and incremental approach to process maturity, ensuring a smooth transition towards optimized operations.
  • Through meticulous analysis, strategic guidance, and the establishment of performance metrics, the Senior BPC guarantees the seamless integration of standard methodologies, resulting in heightened efficiency, enhanced effectiveness, and sustainable growth for the organization.
  • The Senior Business Process Consultant takes on a secondary responsibility of providing functional support to the Business Development teams during pre-sales activities for ServiceNow opportunities, tapping into their expertise to assist in building tailored solutions that precisely align with client requirements.

Academic Background

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences

Professional Certification

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRM (Required or equivalent)
  • ITIL v3 or 4 (Required)
  • ServiceNow CSA (Required)
  • 2+ ServiceNow Security & Risk Certifications (Highly Desirable)
  • ServiceNow Business Process for Implementation (Desirable)
  • Six Sigma (Desirable)
  • Agile (Desirable)
  • Prosci (Desirable)

The annual salary for this position is between $114,000.00 – $133,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
