Summary: Our Security is responsible for overseeing the safety of the Club property by reviewing cameras and monitoring entrances and exits to the buildings.
Essential Functions:
- Uses surveillance cameras and monitoring systems to observe and analyze activities in real-time within the Club and around the exterior of the Club's buildings
- Handles security issues or emergency situations appropriately; contacts Emergency Services, such as EMT, Fire Dept., etc.
- Ensures a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control
- Establishes and enforces security procedures for protection of members, guests and employees and their property; recommends additional controls and procedural changes to other departments that will provide increased protection
- Cooperates with area law enforcement agencies in the investigation of crimes including the exchange of reports and information and by appearance in courts of law

Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security position preferred
- Experience using Verkada or other monitor software preferred
- Ability to read and speak English is required
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Outstanding ability to work effectively in teams of diverse people and organizations
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communications, computer and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
Hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 11 am - 8 pm

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand for long periods of time, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
