Security Engineer Job at Progilisys Solutions, A Talent Groups Company in Irvine

Progilisys Solutions is leading the search for a Security Engineer for an American fitness company based in Irvine, CA. The core responsibilities are to provide technical expertise in analyzing Information Security threats from incident response alerts, SIEM data, Vulnerability Detection Tools, and daily security activities.

This is a direct hire position that is 100% onsite in Irvine, CA.

To be immediately and seriously considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have the following:

• 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity data analysis, vulnerability management, or configuration management.
• Strong understanding of security tools in general, EDR, SIEM, DLP, vulnerability scans, email content filtering, etc.
• Administrator experience on tools such CheckMarx, Qualys, Microsoft Purview DLP, Office 365, Mimecast, Abnormal Security, AD audit+, Tenable Nessus, Rapid 7, TrustedSite / Halo, Jira, OpsGenie.
• Knowledge of firewalls, IPS, IDS, mail content scanning appliances, antivirus solutions, Network Analyzers, domain name servers.
• Knowledge of user authentication methods, Active Directory, On-Prem and Office 365 authentications, system patching, and Data Loss Prevention.
• Experience into a PCI compliant environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory framework such as NIST, CSI, ISO27001
