As a Nightclub Security Staff member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe, secure, and exciting environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security, assisting patrons, and helping create a high-energy atmosphere. You must balance professionalism with friendliness to ensure everyone has a memorable and safe night out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Greeting & Assistance:
  • Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude upon entry.
  • Assist patrons with inquiries, directions, and general information.
  • Perform ID checks and bag inspections in compliance with club policies and local regulations.
• Safety & Security:
  • Monitor the club for security risks or safety concerns, ensuring all areas are secure.
  • Enforce venue rules and remain calm and authoritative when managing disruptions or conflicts.
  • Respond to incidents or emergencies swiftly and in accordance with established protocols.
• Surveillance & Reporting:
  • Observe both the interior and exterior for suspicious activity.
  • Report incidents or safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Collaborate with other security staff to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Atmosphere & Guest Engagement:
  • Contribute to a fun, vibrant atmosphere by engaging with guests and promoting a positive experience.
  • Help manage crowd flow and behavior, ensuring both safety and enjoyment.
  • Address any conflicts with respect and professionalism to maintain a comfortable environment for all.

Qualifications:

• BSIS Certification. (Guard card)
• RBS Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing/walking for long periods).
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.
