Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of entrances
• Investigate disturbances
• Answer questions and provide other information for guests as requested
• Escort employees with money banks from one destination to another
• Escort table fills from the cage to the table games area
• Escort table credits from table games are to cage area
• Check identification of any guest entering the casino to ensure they are at least 21 years of age
• Staying informed of services, promotions and events
• Report any irregularities encountered while on duty such as equipment or property damage, theft, or any other unusual occurrences to immediate supervisor
• Provides assistance in obtaining written or verbal information concerning all reported incidents
• Circulate among guests to preserve order and protect property and guests
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables
• Performs duties as shuttle driver and valet when necessary
• Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms and vehicles, when needed
• Assist with COVID-19 protocols
• Other duties as assigned
