EUROIMMUN US is seeking an Omnichannel Strategy and Execution Lead. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing omnichannel marketing and media strategies for EUROIMMUN growth driver products. Your role will require consolidating data, insights, and predictive intelligence to optimize marketing efforts for the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Strategy, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration, optimize business outcomes, and spearhead innovative digital tactics that drive success. Key success metrics of this position are improving customer conversion rates, strengthening brand recognition, and increasing the ROI of marketing investments.

While we prefer this role hybrid (on-site at our headquarters in Mountain Lake, New Jersey), we are open to remote-only candidates!

Essential Functions:

Partner with key collaborators to design, implement, and optimize strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid media channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.

Work with internal creative team to drive execution and launch of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, web site content, white papers, videos, webinars, promos, sales tools, social media communications, and sales & customer presentations.

Implement strategies to accelerate B2B marketing and improve sales funnel through Salesforce lead generation campaigns.

Implement lead generation strategies including but not limited to inbound and outbound marketing (pay per click (PPC) advertising, social media, event marketing, email marketing, content syndication, etc.).

Manage lead generation metrics including Click through Rate, Conversion Rate, ROI, Marketing Qualified Leads, etc.

Own the sustaining marketing activities for our portfolio including updating marketing materials, website, emails, and other communications.

Drive continuous content marketing programs to ensure a steady stream of digital content for various platforms.

Continually monitor and optimize website search rankings through regular SEO strategies.

Partner with business stakeholders to support omnichannel and digital reporting/analytics and translate insights for omnichannel activation.

Perform thorough gap analysis on internal marketing activities and create SOPs for novel processes as needed.

Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring we meet KPIs and AOP objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree AND

8+ years' experience in B2B customer-focused digital marketing communications AND

A minimum of 2 years of experience in media strategy and operations is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years or demonstrated ability in B2B customer-focused digital marketing communications in a biotech, pharma, life sciences, or medical device company.

Strong business and technical expertise in digital marketing channels including email, web, media, social, and Salesforce.

Significant hands-on time using Adobe Advertising tools.

Expert-level expertise in SEM using Google Ads; other paid search engines a plus.

Experience writing documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

Consistent track record of creating, optimizing, and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results.

Knowledge of Data Models and data management preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is

$105,000.00 - $122,000.00

with a 10% annual bonus plan. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
