7th St Casino is looking for enthusiastic, goal-driven Security Officers focused on guest relations to safeguard the assets of the company while providing a safe and secure environment for team members, guests, and vendors of the 7th Street Casino. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout entire shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent with 6 months of work-related experience preferred
• Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development
• Ability to have a flexible schedule to provide for Casino requirements
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment
• Excellent guest service skills are essential
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and work as a team
• Ability to listen to and resolve guest concerns
• Ability to carry out instructions
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards guests, co-workers, and other department staff
