About the Team: The FP&A Analyst will be an integral member of the North America Finance team reporting to the North America (NAM) Cluster Manager of FP&A. This critical thinker will be on a team responsible for results and achievement of financial goals for NAM. One of the main focuses will be to partner with departments across the company as the FP&A team transforms reporting and budgeting processes while challenging the status quo through data driven insights. This position has ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and month end results delivering actionable insights to drive business performance in the cluster. Your Role as a FP&A Analyst: Business partner with NAM operational teams to budget, forecast, and drive accountability for Pandora’s NAM financial goals Perform the necessary duties to close the financial books on a monthly basis: Data mining to understand drivers in variances, work hand-in-hand with accounting, perform OPEX accruals, collaborate with P&L owners for variance commentary Prepare monthly Business Performance Review and KPI decks for NAM financial results through a storytelling lens Lead the creating, updating and submitting of forecast and budgeting templates whilst working with P&L owners to understand their submissions and challenge assumptions with data Assist in identifying opportunities to drive cost efficiencies by partnering with operational business partners Identify areas of process inefficiencies and develop streamlined solutions Prepare monthly LE for NAM Work on LRP What is needed to succeed: 4-6 years of experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance Required FP&A monthly forecast and annual budgeting experience Experience with a global organization HFM experience is a must Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Hyperion, AX, Basware, SAP, Power BI Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results to audience Ability to collaborate cross-functionally NYC Salary:
