2pm - 10pm Mondays thru Fridays (No Weekends)

Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for Security Dispatch Supervisor!

*Previous dispatch experience is required! Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required!*

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Security Dispatch Supervisors oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
• Observe and report all suspicious activity
• Follow Emergency Action and Communication Plans and all Standard Operating Procedures for emergencies
• Maintain compliance with Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism and Foreign Trade Zone
• Completes incident reports as required
• Receive and process all telephone calls and other communications and route emergency and non emergency calls as needed
• Contact Facilities Hotline for snow and ice removal as noted in the Inclement Weather Policy as neccesary
• Dispatch hot work request and verifies there are no fire suppression impairments in the hot work area
• Maintain property passes and issue incoming passes as required
• Manage fire suppression impairment requests and contacts
• Weather Reporting System and respond as detaild in the Inclement Weather procedure
• Fire alarms, security cameras, badging system alerts, open locked doors when authorized
• Perform all dispatch- normal and emergency conditions
• Perrform audit functions on badge request forms
• Conduct interviews/hiring
• Conduct post inspections
• Create training schedules for new hires
• Completes officer time sheets and payroll
• Provide instruction and guidance for all officers
• Determine new hire requirements and training requirements
• Ensure that all cotracted hours of coverage are met
• Ensure that regulatory compliance and records are available
• Participate in site and community events and training that supports facility initiatives
• Coordinates fire system inspection/maintenance
• Where applicable, coordinate and schedule security/emergency response officers to conduct monthly shop inspections, and work with fire maintenance and repair contractor as site representative
• Liason for local Law Enforcement tours, training or exercise events and orientation
• Escalate Security/Fire/Safety issues to Site Manager

Qualifications:

• • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Non-Commissioned security license through the state of Texas
  • Previous dispatch experience required
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
  • Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
