Position Overview:

SecurTec is seeking professional and customer service-oriented Front Desk Security Officers for a prestigious condominium association in Boca Raton, FL. The role will involve manning the security/concierge desk on the first floor of each building and performing property roving patrols as needed. We are hiring 10 officers for this post.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining the security of the premises.
• Manage access control and visitor management systems.
• Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols of the property.
• Respond to resident inquiries and assist with any concerns in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with residents and property management.
• Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous demeanor.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with shifts available 24/7. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as shifts may vary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Florida D License.
• Strong customer service skills are essential as this role involves frequent interaction with residents.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience in a concierge, security, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
