Job Description:

Bubble Skincare is seeking a results-motivated, highly collaborative, and experienced Senior Director of Brand Marketing. This role will function as the glue and cohesion of the marketing department, leading community, PR, social, digital marketing, and experiential to execute consistent, cohesive, and groundbreaking campaigns. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Director of Brand Marketing will be responsible for leading initiatives across our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute actionable, comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand loyalty. Lead Bubble's marketing directors to execute comprehensive brand and product campaigns. Execute campaigns across marketing verticals, including influencer, social, community, paid media, PR, and experiential. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and experiential marketing. Collaborate with product development and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and storytelling across all marketing touchpoints. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Drive innovation and experimentation in marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences. Lead media strategy, establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and professional development. Identify opportunities to show up in the market/industry, working with VPs to create strategies and excellent creative briefs that will lead to groundbreaking creative work.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in fast-paced consumer goods or startup brand marketing, preferably specializing in Gen-Z brands or the beauty/skincare industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for marketing. Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable results. Experience with media planning and a strong grasp of media metrics, demonstrated experience working with in-house teams or agencies. Understanding/working knowledge of: experiential, visual merchandising, paid media, email marketing, social media, community-building, and PR. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience; we value experience over MBAs.
