About the role: The Global Compliance Communications and Training Team is reinventing what it means to communicate and train stakeholders worldwide. We’re dedicated to finding new ways to spread the message of integrity and regulations applicable to the medical device industry in the context of real-life scenarios. The Communications and Training Senior Manager is responsible for creating the strategic direction and overall design and execution of the Communications and Training team. This includes working with stakeholders globally to align on a worldwide training and communications strategy; developing new mechanisms to get team member engagement through various media; and creating new communication campaigns to drive awareness. Ideal candidate attributes include immaculate attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills and strong project management skills. The ability to think outside the box will help us drive innovative ways to enhance our program and measure effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include: Strategize and drive the execution of a comprehensive communications and training compliance program Manage a communication and training team of 3-4 specialists and analysts Foster relationships and partner with team members worldwide to create a global communications and training strategy Responsible for completing scoping, planning, executing and managing projects that support developing or enhancing the Global Compliance communication and training programs Create, execute, and review innovative and engaging communication and training solutions supporting the Global Compliance strategy Provide strategic direction and oversight to our International Community of Practice and create a similar process in the US Strategize new and innovative ways to communicate and train team members on core compliance topics Establish and maintain metrics and reporting to reflect the effectiveness of the communications and training team Establish a communication and training framework utilizing AI and new tools to engage our training population Partner with the acquisition integration teams to successfully integrate BSC policies into newly acquired companies Oversee and drive the development of operating procedures for maintaining key processes supporting ongoing communication and training initiatives Maintain a strong understanding of Boston Scientific’s business areas relevant to the compliance program or project initiative and the associated compliance risks Follow established policies and procedures to support BSC’s overall business goals Provide direction and coaching to junior employees by assisting in career development planning Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in compliance or related communication and training experience Bachelor's degree with a focus on communication and training Strategic leader who can share the vision of Communications and Training across legal and compliance Focus on people development and talent pipeline Ability to develop collaborative partnerships and communicate the strategic value proposition of Global Compliance Strong project management skills, including the ability to scope, plan, and oversee the execution of cross-functional projects Clear and concise communication, specializing in written communications tailored to audiences Expert proficiency with eLearning tools and systems, including authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) Exemplary analytical, critical thinking, and visual graphic skills High energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Confident in handling pressures and deadlines Able to work with large amounts of data to analyze information while still seeing the “big picture” Results-oriented attitude with a willingness to complete the job and manage time effectively Integrity and sound judgment Passion for legal compliance and ethics Commitment to compliance, ethics, and accountability Preferred qualifications: MBA, Project Management certifications Requisition ID:
