5-7 years Responsibilities: Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. Generating multiple credible design solutions based on analysis. Exhibiting mastery of shared tools and software for design. Identifying appropriate design problems and opportunities within a brief and recommending solutions. Participating in divergent and convergent group work. Working independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended problems. Exploring, refining, and documenting solutions thoroughly. Objectively evaluating and refining concepts based on learnings from prototypes. MUST HAVE SKILLS: Three or more years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of high-fidelity prototyping and testing experiences. Experience with user-centric design overall. Experience designing technical and/or business web applications. Experience with Figma. Experience with Conversational Design or Natural Language for IVR, Chatbot, and similar. DESIRED SKILLS: Expertise in Conversational Channels: Chatbot, IVR, SMS, Assisted, and other similar. A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribbble, Github, etc.). Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%. Portfolio of largely professional work. Contributed to one or more design programs or shipped products. Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences. Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and shopping journey samples. Experience with JIRA. Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite.
