Maintain a clean, organized work environment, adhering to safety and infection control protocols. Verify patient information, provide exceptional care, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for timely specimen collection. Assist with additional tasks as needed, all while maintaining a professional and personable demeanor.Experience Required:Reliable and punctual with the ability to work different shiftsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsKnowledge of infection control protocols and safety measuresIntermediate computer skills for data entry and record keepingEducation Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a phlebotomy training programLicense/Certification Requirements:National Phlebotomy certification or equivalent is preferredSchedule:Day shifts: shift between 5 AM3 PM.Evening shifts: 1 PM - 9 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM.Night Shifts: 11 PM - 7 AM.
