Phlebotomist certification is required.Valid Ohio Driver's license and proof of current insurance. BLS certification required and maintained or obtained within 30-days of original job date.Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:Performs blood collection following established standards and procedures. Utilizes Laboratory Information System (LIS) to enter patient information and order lab tests.Provides customer service to patients and clients.Maintains inventory of supplies in office setting and fills client supply ordersAssist in training new employeesPerforms and maintain documentation for routine temperature checks and other documentation as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
