We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the digital transformation of our iconic Adventure Sports brands (Fox Racing, Bell Helmets, Giro, CamelBak, QuietKat, Blackburn, and more) across North America. This exciting role goes beyond traditional ecommerce. You'll own the entire digital experience, crafting a seamless customer journey from brand discovery to purchase and fostering lasting loyalty.

As the Director of Ecommerce & Digital (North America), you'll take the reins of our North American online presence, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities encompass the entire ecommerce ecosystem, including financial planning, merchandising, inventory management, paid media, customer retention, site experience, and insightful analytics. You'll lead a high-performing team across functions like site merchandising, digital marketing, content creation, and performance marketing. Through strong partnerships across the organization (Marketing, Creative, IT, Planning, Finance, Sales, and Product), you'll translate the vision of our Adventure Sports portfolio into a best-in-class, engaging, and consumer-centric digital experience.

This role requires a business leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovation. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans to guide the continued evolution and growth of the ecommerce business. Balancing execution with innovation, you'll utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions. You'll also manage our biggest stores, the brand websites for North America, defining and implementing the marketing and merchandising strategy to deliver targeted sales.

This position reports to the Vice President of Global Digital Ecommerce and is based out of our Irvine, CA location.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel strategy aligned with overall business goals and brand objectives for North America.

Drive Digital Excellence:

Craft, develop, and implement a data-driven eCommerce strategy to maximize revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Leveraging Data for Strategic Advantage:

Utilize data analytics in driving informed decision-making, optimizing the digital experience, and achieving business objectives.

Performance Management & Optimization:

Oversee the optimization and enhancement of our digital platforms.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management:

Lead and manage a high-performing team of ecommerce specialists.

You have:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in ecommerce management, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales and profitability.

Extensive experience (8+ years) working in a large, complex ecommerce environment.

At least 5 years of progressive responsibility in merchandising/buying with a track record of conversion/sales success.

Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing successful ecommerce and digital marketing strategies.

Proven experience in managing and optimizing budgets for ecommerce operations.

Experience working with a variety of ecommerce platforms and technologies (Salesforce a plus).

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

Ability to develop and prepare comprehensive financial/business analyses.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
