Onsite Support Specialist (w/ active TS) Location: Washington, DC Clearance: Top Secret Travel: Yes, 25% of the time Full-time/ No Remote JOB DESCRIPTION Critical Solutions is seeking an Onsite Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support VIP and VVIP customers. This position will work with Active Directory and Exchange to create/modify/terminate accounts, as well as troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices. Additional responsibilities include imaging, installing, and configuring workstations and troubleshooting Windows 10 and above and Microsoft Office suite. Candidate should be interested in learning new technology and providing support to the user community. PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicating and interfacing with customers and Site Lead on issues and daily tasking. Providing Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely. Working with Active Directory and Exchange to create, modify and terminate accounts. Troubleshooting workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices. Imaging, installing, and configuring workstations. Troubleshooting Windows 10 and above, as well as Microsoft Office suite. Working with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center and ServiceNow. Troubleshooting Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience will be considered. Additional years of experience in lieu of education will be considered. Strong problem solving and organizational skills and able to work in a professional environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Government contract experience. Experience working with Secureview. Understanding of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Domain Name System (DNS). Comfortable discussing technical information with users and other support personnel. Ability to quickly learn new systems and IT concepts. Strong problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to work autonomously as well as an integral member of a team. Clearance Requirement:

Possess an active Top DoD Secret Clearance.

In addition, selected candidate must undergo background investigation (BI) and finger printing by the federal agency and successfully pass the preceding to qualify for the position. US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED. CRITICAL SOLUTIONS PAY AND BENEFITS: Salary range $102,000 - $131,000. The salary range for this position represents the typical salary range for this job level and this does not guarantee a specific salary. Compensation is based upon multiple factors such as responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and other requirements.
