What to Expect The Energy Program Manager will be a key member in improving end to end process for the Megapack business globally. This is a highly cross-functional role working with Sales, Engineering and Deployment leaders to drive improvement in the end to end operations of the business. As a key partner to regional stakeholders, you will work closely to understand user pain points, propose improvements in collaboration with stakeholders Technical Program Managers and analysts in order to drive user change and adoption.
This individual is expected to be a self-starter able to manage projects independently with limited input and direction from management. A successful candidate will be an avid and passionate problem-solver, interested in developing a deep understanding of business objectives and business processes; has empathy, skilled in building rapports and removing project roadblocks.
What You’ll Do
Manage business process mapping and continuous process improvement for all global regions. Be accountable for identifying areas of improvement, defining and documenting updated process, training materials, communication and user adoption.
Partner with global Sales, Sales Ops, Demand Planning, Logistics, Engineering and Deployment teams to identify inefficiencies, understand user requirements and needs, triage and develop a plan for improvement and work collaboratively with Technical Program Managers and Analysts to execute on the vision.
Establish and manage the project communication plan and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Create training materials and conduct user training in all global regions.
Develop and manage feedback loop process for continuous improvement. Be accountable for collecting user feedback, identifying enhancements and driving advancement of business operations.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business, related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of work experience in business operations, construction management, management consulting or related fields.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence multiple teams at various organizational levels.
Excellent communication, management, and documentation skills.
Project coordination/management experience.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software, including MS Project and Excel.
Proficient with SQL, VBA, C, C++ python or other programming language.

Expected Compensation:
$68,000 - $222,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
