Job Type: Onsite, 1st Shift: Monday-Friday any time between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm with Saturday rotation Time 8 am - 12 pm

Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomist Patient Service Representative looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Join our team as a Phlebotomist III - Float and make a positive impact on patients' lives.

• As a Phlebotomist III - Float, you'll be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients in various settings, including doctor's offices, patient service centers, long-term care facilities, and more. Your expertise and compassionate demeanor will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with patients.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and mentor new team members.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including sales, laboratory testing services, IT, billing, and logistics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
• Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• At least 3 years of experience in a PSC/IOP environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in keyboard/data entry
