Pay Range: $18 - $23/Hr
Shift/Time Zone: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3.30p

Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team in Elko, NV.

As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care: Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and draw blood samples accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment: Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Contribute to a positive team culture: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
• Process specimens: Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain accurate records: Document patient information and procedure details meticulously.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training (preferred)
• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA)
• Minimum 6 months of experience (preferred)
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
