The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations.Essential Functions:Supporting the Team Leads in executing their responsibilities by training, monitoring, and identifying improvements.Lead the Iteration Planning effort in the lead up to Iteration Planning Week.Review all SE artifacts for both technical content and form/function.Advocate for proper SE process and procedures across the C2BMC program.Support the Team Leads in all proposal efforts.Track, Manage, and Maintain the Team's scope, budget, and schedule.Support SEIT Risk and Opportunity identification and management.Support SEIT leadership for IETRs and other milestone events, including the tracking of required OE and associated maturity.Salary range in Colorado Springs:
$99,900 - $149,900Salary range in Huntsville:
$104,900 - $157,300Basic Qualifications:An active Secret clearance is required to start.10 years' experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field; 8 years' experience with a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field; or 14 years' experience in lieu of a degree.Proven Leadership Experience.Ability to cross-team collaborate and organize tasks and priorities.Understanding of how iteration planning works.Experience providing and/or reviewing proposals.Developing and maintaining metrics.Facilitating and providing training.Experience implementing Agile principles and Agile Iterative Planning.Preferred Qualifications:Experience within the Missile Defense Agency or with Command and Control (C2).System Engineering Experience.Working on large complex command and control systems.Salary Range:
$99,900 - $157,300Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
