Job Description
Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18-$20 per hour | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Join a well respected team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll be the key link between clients and the production team, ensuring smooth communication and superior service. Your role involves providing timely updates on order status, addressing inquiries, and actively gathering customer feedback to improve service. You’ll attend daily production meetings to stay updated on order progress and collaborate closely with sales and production to resolve any issues and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the customer advocate, proactively tracking and communicating order updates
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries about order status, pricing, and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Support outside sales with up-to-date information on customer orders and needs
- Conduct monthly customer surveys and help transition new clients
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or 5+ years of customer service experience
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach
- Familiarity with customer service software and handling high call volumes
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
