Job Description

Hours are Flexible: All Hours All Shifts (24-Hour Company) with SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS.
You will work either the afternoon or graveyard shift. Must be open to working weekends and holidays.
Payrate to start $20/hr.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
This is not a remote position, you will be onsite.
Summary:
- Communicate in response to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients
- 2-5 year’s professional customer service experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must Type 35 WPM
