Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Join our inbound customer service team, focused on handling Business to Business calls. This role is ideal for those with previous call center experience, though it is not required. We value proactive communicators who are driven to resolve issues and foster strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, receiving and accurately posting payments.
  • Inform customers about the status of their accounts in a timely manner.
  • Collect payments from customers to bring overdue accounts current.
  • Investigate billing-related questions and work directly with customers to resolve any issues.
Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a billing or call center role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce is preferred; intermediate skills with other CRM systems will also be considered.
  • Intermediate understanding of credit and collections systems and procedures is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with internal employees and customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Google Workspace is preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

Work Environment

The first four weeks of training will be in the office from 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Depending on training progress, candidates may move to a hybrid model by the 4th week, requiring a minimum of four in-office days per month.

In-office days are typically Tuesday and Thursday for team building and collaboration.

Post-training hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm, with breaks at 8:00am - 8:15am, lunch from 10:30am - 11:00am, and another break from 12:30pm - 12:45pm.

This is a 6 month contract position based out of Beaverton, OR.
