Customer service representative
Fast paced CALL CENTER
ONSITE DT CHARLESTON FOR 1 MONTH TRAINING THEN FULLY REMOTE!!!!!

Duration: August 5th 2024 – April 7th 2025
PTO blackout October 24 – March 25 due to internal systems updates, new call center software, and training. Cannot have time off during this period outside of holidays
they will go remote after 1 month of training but must live in a commutable distance to the North Charleston office. Equipment provided, just need high speed internet. Paid bank holidays.
Candidates must:
- Have decent tenure in each job
- Have minimum 1 year of high call volume (50+ calls/per shift) CSR experience
- Have experience in a call center environment where they were held to NPS, KPIs, average call time metrics, etc
- Be comfortable selling banking products over the phone to customers who call in – “soft selling” or “needs based selling” is how they describe it
- Pass a credit check – no more than $1000 in collections
- Pass pass a customer service simulation test
