Director of Property Management

Love My Space is a property management company located in Tacoma, Washington. Our Mission is to create an exceptional property management experience for our investors AND our residents by providing amazing communication, utilizing modern technology, and treating every space like our own. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to help oversee our growing portfolio of residential and commercial units in Pierce County. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all daily operations of Love My Space Lead and manage property management team, including other property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance team Build relationships with all investors under management, sending regular updates on their portfolios Utilize Buildium Property Management software to keep track of all details of our properties Aim to get vacant units filled as quickly as possible Make final approval on applications for both residential and commercial Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations Respond to regular phone calls, texts, and emails Schedule maintenance requests and unit turns with Theory Construction and other vendors Handle all rent income and security deposits Issue late notices, create payment plans, and oversee evictions Oversee Growth of Love My Space Oversee marketing plan for Love My Space, including advertising on Theory’s social media, holding booth at monthly Theory events, advertising to Theory Agents, and more Meet with potential Investors at their properties to sell Love My Space’s services Onboard new investors’ portfolios Continually improve Love My Space’s processes as we grow and scale REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of property management experience (5+ years preferred) Commercial experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented Experience with Google Drive and other G-Suite Products Experience with Asana and Buildium is a plus Must provide laptop Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location:
