Our client is looking to hire customer service call center professionals to join its team for a unique opportunity to help Maryland Medicaid customers.
Position is remote and must have a private/secure workspace with a door.
Position requires a hard-wired internet connection (40MBps download/10mbps upload), like DSL or cable, in place in the workspace.
Pay: $18-19HR
Call Center Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals information and support regarding health care benefits.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
Call Center Qualifications for the position include:
- Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
