We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and follow-up calls, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include answering questions on prior authorization, addressing general inquiries, and handling confidential information with a high level of attention to detail. You will be measured on quality and accuracy, managing between 50-100 calls per day depending on complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and follow-up calls in a call center environment.
- Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential information.
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Enter information accurately into multiple systems and programs.
- Track information and update communication with customers.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all interactions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to utilize multiple systems and programs efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
