Job Description          (Bilingual Customer Service Representative)

  • Main responsibility is to handle inbound calls from customers and coordinates with the Dispatch and Scheduling teams to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manager and customer satisfaction remains high.
  • Assisting with customer relations and order taking. (60-80 calls per day on average)
  • Customer will call to place order, follow up on an order, or change an order and the CSR must understand the customer need, partner with Sales or Dispatch to get the product to the customer/solve the customer's problem in a timely manner and follow up with the customer to confirm they've been taken care of.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but NOT required.
  • Previous CSR experience (2 years)
  • Previous Call Center experience (2 years)
  • Background in shipping/logistics
  • B2B operations support

Work Environment

  • Required to work on-site/in-office.
  • Schedule will be M-F 8:30-5pm with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Five week training schedule is 6:30-3pmwith a 30-minute lunch.
  • Cubicle environment and will be using dual monitors. There are a team of 15 made up of dispatchers, CSRS, and then a few specialist roles.
  • Concrete manufacturing company that has locations all over the Bay Area.
