A global travel company is looking at add a Customer Service Representative to their team in Springfield, MO!

Responsibilities:
-Accurately and efficiently review and resolve assigned cases using established policies and procedures.
-Review and evaluate transaction information and compare it against known risk flags
-Escalate risky or complex cases using established guidelines
-Review identified quality errors for needed corrections and update associated cases with corrected information.
-Adhere to established productivity and quality metrics.
Schedule:
• Contractor's shift will be 11:00am -8:00PM.
• Contractor will either work Sunday-Thurs or Tues-Sat.
