We are on the lookout for a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative to join our team in the service industry located in Kentucky. This role offers a possible contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with handling customer interactions, resolving emergent or maintenance needs, managing customer requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service events.


Responsibilities:


• Efficiently manage customer interactions and swiftly resolve their emergent or maintenance needs

• Handle on-demand customer requests and offer necessary product and service information

• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of vendors within the network

• Create detailed repair estimates and obtain customer approvals as required

• Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources

• Manage multiple projects or service events simultaneously, maintaining productivity

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of new computer or mobile programs

• Achieve individual production targets and assist the team in reaching monthly budget requirements for service events.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a call center customer service role
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
• Strong data entry skills
• Familiarity with order entry systems
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars
• Comfortable with email correspondence
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to handle high call volumes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Must have a positive and professional demeanor
