As a Digital Client Advisor, you will showcase the most coveted product in luxury both in-person and digitally. You will work with the latest tools to maintain relationships with clients digitally and assist with their needs, serving clients that come into our store. The Digital Client Advisor will be given reserved time off the floor to engage with clients digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager. What You'll Do

Maintain a minimum time commitment of 30% off the floor for digital selling activities. Utilize available clientele resources to expand personal business. Maintain clients digitally and provide them with Neiman Marcus service. Remain an expert in selling across all product categories. Promote digital selling amongst peers and store environment. Demonstrate follow-up and customer requests and commitments. Be a team player, contributing and sharing with peers to create a collaborative environment. What You Bring

Creativity and experience with digital selling. Entrepreneurial mindset and experience selling to clients using multiple digital tools. Demonstrate flexibility to the changing needs of the business. 2-5 years of fashion retail experience; commissioned sales experience. High School Diploma / equivalency required. Experience with multiple social media platforms.
