**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative who excels in handling both inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their service needs, scheduling appointments, and offering solutions that best fit their needs. This is a full-time position with some Saturday shifts required. The role offers a base salary with **unlimited commission potential**, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your performance. **Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and provide information about our products and services.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively reach out to customers for service reminders, promotions, and seasonal tune-ups.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services and maintenance plans to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the service and sales teams to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals.
- Assist with other customer service and administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- High level of motivation and a desire to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
- Availability to work some Saturdays as needed.
