We are a worldwide leader in providing our clients couture packaging solutions, custom ribbon, luxury gift boxes, and specialty packaging bows for over 30 years. Seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve clients by providing product and service information, order entry, order tracking, customer support, and follow-through, as well as resolving product and service problems. This position requires a detail orientated self-motivated individual who will develop strategic plans necessary to meet company goals and objectives.

Duties:

Maintains a respectful, positive attitude at all times.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; knowledgeable in suggesting information about other products and services.

Receives, process and verify the accuracy of customers orders by utilizing the organizations internal computer systems and customer purchase order.

Initiate required action in response to customer request to change and or cancel order, update order accordingly and advise the necessary departments of the changes.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Skills/Qualifications:

Prior Customer Service experience. Must work well under pressure.

Rapid learning skills.

Detail Oriented, analytical, problem solving, and quality focus.

Ability to create and understand documentation

Excellent listening skills & phone mannerisms.

Ability to resolve issues, demonstrates self-control.

Multi-tasking.

Strong communication and organization Skills.

Must work well under pressure.

Punctual. Self-motivated.

Willing to train however prior Customer Service experience a plus.
