Join Acuity Brands as a Senior Product Manager to lead and optimize our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and Treasury operations. This role is critical to ensuring effective cash flow management, enhancing operational workflows, improving financial accuracy, and maintaining compliance. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) P2P Integration : Lead the integration of P2P processes within GEP Smart in alignment with our cloud-based ERP’s Accounts Payable module and Oracle EBS. Strategic Cash Process Planning : Own the product roadmap for cash outflow (P2P) and cash movement (Treasury) processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build and maintain relationships across Technology, Finance, and Operations. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with P2P and Treasury integrations. Performance Tracking : Define and monitor KPIs for integrated P2P and Treasury processes. Change Management : Lead change management initiatives to promote adoption of new systems and processes. To Be Successful in This Role Success in this role requires a blend of skills and character traits essential for managing and expanding transformative projects within cash processes: Holistic Financial Insight : Deep understanding of finance, operations, and technology interconnections. User-Centric Design and Empathy : Commitment to creating intuitive financial systems. Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Proactive Problem Solving : Ability to address complex problems effectively. Strategic Implementation : Capability to establish and manage KPIs for cash processes. Collaborative Leadership : Comfortable working in a matrixed environment. Resilience and Adaptability : Ability to embrace challenges and learn from them. Skills and Minimum Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree 4+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly within procure-to-pay and cash management processes. Strong understanding of P2P processes, cash management, and Treasury. Project Management Skills Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills Preferred Skills and Experience Advanced degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with GEP Smart, Oracle ERP solutions, or similar financial platforms. Demonstrated success in transforming financial or cash-related systems and processes.
