Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our customers. As a CSR, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to service delivery. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer communications
- Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
- Scheduling customers
- Collect important information from the customer to add them to the schedule for service work.
- Light data entry
- Including but not limited to entering customer information in ServiceTitan or similar CRM software.
- Track interactions in ServiceTitan
- Record customer interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- 2 years’ experience using ServiceTitan is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (experience in plumbing, electric, or home services is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and CRM software
- A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and phone.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 10 pounds.
