A well established Orange County HVAC and Plumbing service contractor is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and be able to handle high volume customer calls, while maintaining exemplary customer service. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5. This is a temp-to-hire position, paying $21 to $24/hour, based on experience. Once hired by the company, you’ll receive the company’s competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume of calls and input service calls in company software.
- Receiving and responding to emails.
- Document management, Data Entry, Faxing, Scanning, Filing, and Organizing
- Prepare Maintenance Technicians paperwork to be ready for the following week.
- Call maintenance contracted customers and let them know when their maintenance is due.
- Service department scheduling and dispatch
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years’ office experience
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office-Word-Excel
- Must be able to type 45-50 WPM
- Must be able to learn new computer programs easily
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Strong ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
