Location: Vestal NY
Reports to: Club Supervisor
Shift Timings: 9:45am 4:15pm - MUST be flexible to work different schedules including weekends.
Pay Rate: $17/ hr

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role is to represent yourself as a brand ambassador to engage customers, promote our products, and represent sampling products to the customers. The right candidate will introduce shoppers to new and exciting products and brands through tasting events, product sampling, or demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers to highlight the key product features.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, and usage, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Comply with food safety requirements when preparing samples (cooking, processing, plating, and serving)
- Uphold the brand image and values through professional conduct, appearance, and communication.
- Gather customer feedback on the samples for continuous improvement.
- Assist in restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Work closely with store staff to create a cohesive shopping environment that highlights brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
